How should I cut my hair? Poofy/wavy/curly/straight underneath?

My hair is thick, brown, layered, and just past shoulder length. It was straight about 2 years ago, but it changed.

It's poofy and frizzy if I just let it air dry, but I normally like to put curl cream%26amp;leave in conditioner to make the curl come out.

When I straighten it, it's still poofy and looks weird.

Oh yeah, I also have sideswept bangs that are eyebrow length but I usually wear them back with a clip because they look weird because of my hair texture unless i straighten them the same day I take a shower.

It's almost straight underneath and wavy/curly on top.

I'm in middle school and want a change.

I don't want it to go above my chin but how should i cut it keeping in mind it kind of gets shorter when it gets wavy/curly

How should I cut it??

How about I just shave my head and send you my curls........I hate them:)

When I grew my hair out and it became one length, it became wavy. When I got it layered then it curled right up. There are also some products out there to enhance curl if you look in the haircare section. I just started using Tresemme Curl Care: Curl Locking Styling Spray and it works really good when I spray a little on my hair after drying and scrunch it. Then I spray it with hairspray. It is also on the cheap side =)
