i have no idea wat to do.. it wavy [big waves] longer than my shoulder it gets dry and if i let it go it looks terribly weird... what should i do... its a disaster... help.. ps: dont ask me to tie my hair.. what kind of hairstyle should i do..?? and what can i do to make it less dry... help.. me....

I've heard alot of the 'Aussie' brand hair products are really good for sorting out long dry hair. I know they sell the range in superdrug and I would imagine they do in boots too. I know they do leave in condioners ans stuff which I sposed to be good. I know from experience that Loreal multi vitimin shampoo and condioner's good aswell. Also make sure you're rinsing all the shampoo out of you hair when you wash it as this can lead to dry hair. You could try using a mousse for dry/damaged hair to scrunch your waves to keep them more in control and looking more defined. Hope this helps!

you need a deep conditioner try on about 1-2x a week

I would try putting gel and mousse in it and scrunching it a bit with a diffuser on a hairdryer or try using a wave iron to help emphasize your waves.

you can also try a split end or dry end serum to put on your ends. fructis has one and it works great.

hi,

i have the same kinda hair, to make mine soft i don't use shampoo every week,

1)what i do is wet hair,

2)place conditioner on, VO5 conditioner are best for wavy hair Ive found, leave for 10 minutes,

3) rinse and repeat using just conditioner, rinse in cold water

Another thing i do once a month, is get a really thick intensive conditioner like naked rescue from boots, expensive but worth it, i mix a tablespoon of honey to it and sleep with it on my head over night.

Have you tried oils? Indian jasmine oil is good, as is vatika oil you can get both from either an Indian store or eBay there only cheap, apply to hair once you've washed with conditioner to the ends.

Don't brush-causes frizz

buy a wide toothed comb instead

don't use heat on your hair it will cause frizz

if you buy the Jasmine oil, get a plant spray bottle and put some of the oil in, mix with water and spray on hair when you think it needs it, it will encourage the wave, and finally don't try to change what nature gave you by trying to straighten it.

I cant really comment on hair styles as i don't know how long your hair is, mine is quite long and i either braid it, bun it or just leave it down.

me to i have your problem.. i use oilve oil but you have to wash it very well ..use it twice aweek..it's great...and its save your hairs color too ...and you can make ur hair longer ..in the med of your back or alittle bit more it well help..good luck.
