Wash your hair at night. Towel dry it then put in a little gel. Dry it with a hair dryer half way. While still damp, braid it in one long french braid from the crown of your head to the very end of your hair. Spray a little hair spray (not much). Then, just leave it alone until morning.

When you wake up the next day, spray a little more hairspray and hit it with a cold shot from the dryer before you take it down. Unbraid it and fix it with your fingers (no brush or comb!)...voila, beautiful wavy hair!

my hair is the same way. if you live my the beach or go swimming- scrunch it when you get out- or put it in a messy bun. when it dries it will stay like hair spray...or use hairspray and a round hairbrush. you could also try a gel that holds hair and keeps it moisturiezed and use the a large curling iron.

Use a moouse with a firm hold... scrunch it, but not too much, let it air dry....

Or use moose while hair is wet.

You can do the braids while hair is dry, but it wont get as wavy, but it will get wavy
