HELP! anyone know how to make wavy hair not frizzy?

i got a body wave perm not to long ago, and it's super frizzy.. ive never had curly hair before, so im lost!!! i bought what the salon told me to.. im using Redkin curl perfector and Vo5 curly mousse. and i just let it air dry. but it's super frizzy. any suggestions????

Yea well i have naturally really curly hair so it's really frizzy most of the time.

So i use this stuff by paul mitchell, it's a straightening serum and it works great! Just put it in dry or wet hair and frizz is gone. It cost around $16 but it's worth it. It'll last u just about forever and u can get it just about any salon.

It's a clear bottle with a clear spout.

Try a frizz balm. I use John Freda. I got it at Target for about 9$ and it works great!

Try deep conditioning your hair every couple of weeks and use an anti-frizz product. Slather your hair with conditioner then wrap it with saran wrap and wear a winter hat for about an hour, more if you can. Then rinse in lukewarm water and finish with cold as you can stand it.

Lay off the conditioner. Too much conditioner will make your hair lighter and more prone to frizzies. Also, do not wash your hair every day and only condition every 4 washes.

With curly hair never use a brush. Comb out the hair after showering, apply a small amount of Frizzease or Curl cream (pomades work really well) to hair when wet and towel dry.

Hope this helps. I gave up my conditioner years ago (I use it every 2 months or so) and my hair has never looked better! I finally have control!
